The Chattanooga District Golf Association is made up of Directors from each of its dues-paying clubs (currently nineteen in number).

The CDGA consists of two Directors from each member club, one appointed by the CDGA Board of Directors, and the appointed by the member club itself. Honorary Directors may also be appointed by the Board.
